Terms of Service

VoiceCheck AI is a quality-control tool for AI-generated voiceovers.

Users can upload an audio file and a matching script. VoiceCheck AI analyzes the audio against the script and creates a review report with flagged clips, timestamps, transcript information, and possible issues such as missing words, extra words, mismatches, low-confidence words, or suspicious audio/transcription moments.

VoiceCheck AI is designed to help creators review voiceovers more efficiently. It does not guarantee that every error will be found or that every flagged item is a real error.

You may need to create an account to use VoiceCheck AI.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

You retain ownership of the scripts, audio files, transcripts, project names, and other content you upload or create through VoiceCheck AI.

By uploading content, you give VoiceCheck AI permission to process, store, transmit, and analyze that content as needed to provide the service. This may include sending audio to third-party transcription, storage, infrastructure, or payment providers as necessary to operate the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content.

You agree not to use VoiceCheck AI to:

• violate any law or regulation
• upload content you do not have permission to use
• abuse free trials, usage limits, or payment systems
• interfere with the security or operation of the service
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse the platform
• upload malicious files, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt the service
• attempt to bypass account limits, free trial limits, payment systems, or security controls

We may block or limit usage that appears abusive, fraudulent, automated, or harmful.

VoiceCheck AI offers a one-time Free Trial of up to 30 minutes of audio analysis per account. The Free Trial does not renew and is not granted again after upgrade, cancellation, downgrade, beta expiration, or account inactivity. Free analyses require a verified email address.

We may use reasonable technical signals, such as hashed network signals and randomly generated browser/device identifiers, to help prevent repeated abuse of free trials.

Usage limits are measured based on uploaded audio duration or other plan-specific limits shown in the app. If you exceed your plan limits, you may need to upgrade before running additional analyses.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan you select.

Plan features, prices, and usage limits may change over time. If we make material changes to paid plans, we will try to provide reasonable notice.

You can manage billing, payment methods, and cancellations through the billing portal when available.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may choose to provide refunds at our discretion.

VoiceCheck AI relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, authentication, payments, storage, transcription, email delivery, and infrastructure.

These providers may process data as necessary to provide the service. VoiceCheck AI is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, outages, errors, or provider-side issues.

VoiceCheck AI uses automated transcription and comparison logic to identify likely review points.

The service may produce false positives, miss real errors, or generate results that require human judgment. You are responsible for reviewing final outputs before publishing or relying on them.

VoiceCheck AI is a review aid, not a guarantee of perfect audio quality.

We aim to keep VoiceCheck AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, technical issues, or events outside our control.

VoiceCheck AI, including its design, software, branding, interface, workflows, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its underlying software except as allowed by these Terms.

You may stop using VoiceCheck AI at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, fail to pay required fees, or create risk for the platform or other users.

VoiceCheck AI is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceCheck AI and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost content, business interruption, reputational harm, or publishing mistakes arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice.

Your continued use of VoiceCheck AI after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
